The kids all got haircuts yesterday. Hank has always thrown major tantrums during haircuts - requiring full-body restraint and heard for miles away. Yesterday Rene went first, then Corrina. When Corrina was getting her hair dried, Hank said "My turn?" and climbed up in the seat next to her. He sat there quietly while he got buckled in, covered with the gown, and clipped! It was amazing to watch him, when it was a 180-degree difference from 3 months ago. He was really proud of himself and all the stylists at the salon were gushing over him being a big boy now (they remember how he was!)

Here are some pics - they aren't the best pictures, but it was the best I could get.

Here's a picture of Hank playing with his Bob the Builder machines in playdough (well, homemade play clay - 1 c. flour, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. salt, 1 t. oil - heated on the stove until it looks like playdough). He has been spending HOURS every day playing playdough - he pretends the machines get stuck in the mud and they help each other get out of the mud.
