Rene lost tooth number 6 at gymnastics - the coach accidentally bonked it while spotting her on a vault and it was just hanging there, bleeding. Rene didn't want to remove it herself, so her 20-something coach, Janine, had to remove it. Janine said it's the first tooth she's ever removed. (and I bet she's hoping the last!)
Rene says it's hard to talk and hard to eat.
Rene was selected from the 1st grade class as the September Student of the Month in Math! There was an award ceremony in the church - Tony and I both attended.
The second picture is Corrina and Hank showing off his Thomas the Tank Engine costume for Halloween. (Sorry Mom - we found it at the store for $12 and decided to go store-bought instead of cardboard box!)
