The kids played soccer this fall; Corrina and Rene were on the orange team and Hank was on the green team. You can see how happy Corrina is to sit on the sidelines and someone else have a turn!



This is Hank at the awards dinner for the Walk to Cure Diabetes. Hank raised $1480 and earned a Golden Sneaker Award. Hank is sitting by Meri, who was diagnosed with diabetes just a few months before Hank. Her mom and I hooked up through the internet; Hank and Meri don't play together much, but see each other at all the diabetes events and they are special diabetes buddies. They seem to get comfort just from knowing that someone else their age is going through the same thing. Next, a picture of the lovely Corrina.
