Corrina had really outgrown her kiddie bike, so for her birthday Tony bought her a very swanky Cannondale 21-speed. It's an adult size bike, but it's one that has a smaller frame. Corrina will surely be a petite adult, so this bike should last her to adulthood! We are lucky to live very close to a rails-to-trails access, and Tony has taken her on several rides along the river in the city. Today she decided she wanted mom to take her on a longer ride. We drove out to Boston, where the Great Allegheny Passage rail-trail goes through a more wooded area along the Youghiogheny River, and Miss Corrina rode for 10 miles!! Hooray Corrina! Bit of drama on the ride when Corrina ran over a snake! She said it was about 18 inches long and green with a yellow stripe along its back. I was so freaked out that when a rider came up behind us, I was so startled I screamed!
