Hank had a hankering for pop-tarts. Needless to say it's impossible to buy gluten free pop-tarts, so after some internet research and some hard decisions (which recipe? cookie crust? pie crust? bread crust?) we tried a pie crust pop-tart with strawberry jam filling. Hank was so excited! He helped put them together, frosted them and added sprinkles. The lack of gluten made them a little crumbly, but hey, they still tasted good! YUM!
